The purpose of NAOMHO is to promote the rights and interests of manufactured homeowners, including providing educational opportunities, pursuing advocacy initiatives, and more. We want to help you.
NAMHO's Board of Directors
R. Keith Stayer
President
Keith has been with Triad Financial Services, Inc., since 2008. His responsibilities include introducing and implementing Triad’s highly successful manufactured housing program to banks and credit unions in order to help grow and diversify their loan portfolios. He has over 25 years of experience in multiple areas within the financial services industry.
Aaron Dyess
Vice President
Aaron is a U.S. Army veteran that owns several small businesses. Since 2009 he has been working with the finance industry and is an allied member of MHI.
Kyle Lammons
Secretary, Treasurer
Kyle has been with Triad Financial Services, Inc since 2019. He is a licensed Loan Officer and currently serves as one of Triad’s Regional Managers. He graduated from the University of North Florida and is very active in the community. Moving from commercial to consumer lending while at Triad, Kyle has a wide basis of knowledge of MH products and the industry.
Hilary Sanchez
Director
Hilary joined Triad Financial Services Inc. in 2020 and is a licensed loan originator. She has been in the industry since 2014 and began her career in sales and operations on the retail side. Learning every aspect of the business, then transitioning over to finance. She now serves as Triad’s Chattel Loan Originator Manager and brings a wealth of knowledge that is shared with her team to help grow and refine the relationships with our borrowers and retailers.
Scott Campbell
Director
With Triad since 2016. Currently Vice President in loan servicing managing portfolio performance for Triad’s investors. Over 30 years of experience in the manufactured housing financial services industry in a wide variety of roles.
